If you are a big fans of Malaysian food feast, do drop to Terazza Brasserie for their all –day dining temptation at Dorsett Grand Subang where they offers you with the ultimate mouthwatering delicacies of the Malaysian temptations.

During the promotion, the ‘Warna Warni Malaysia’ promotion is featuring the best of the Malaysia delghts which had started a month ago where they have 13 different states and three Federal Territories in the country.

During this promotion, the restaurant’s Sous Chef Shabani Md Akhir and his culinary team will whip up scrumptious servings such as Nasi Briyani Gam made popular in Johor, Daging Rendang Tok Din which is a favourite in Negeri Sembilan, Ikan Siakap Panggang dengan Sos Kicap Cili Api which originates from the Perak state, Ice Kacang from Penang State, Chicken and Beef Satay etc for diners with distinctive cravings for tasty local food.

During the ‘Warna Warni Malaysia’ promotion, do start with the lovely appetizing kerabu where you can try the kerabu mangga, seafood kerabu, chicken salad and more.

Moving to the other side of the buffet, they have the variety of assorted crackers to choose for. I love this so much and munching them when I am enjoying the lovely buffet choices.

More choices coming on your buffet spread includes the Penang famous Sotong Kangkung, Taufu Sumbat, Ikan Sumbat Kepala and more. These kampung delicacies is hard to get now in Malaysia but in the buffet we can still enjoy the authentic kampung delights.

Not to be missed is the satay which is my all-time favorites in Dorsett Grand Subang. The juicilicious temptations comes awesomely good with the tender and juicy meat which is easily ripped of from the wooden skewers.

Don’t end your meal if you have not get your desserts. Enjoy the assortment of desserts form the local kuih muih like onde onde, gula sago Melaka, kuih lapis and more. Sinfully delicious and not just that, we ended with the hearty bowl of leng chi kang. Nice !
