MINI MODEL SEARCH 2014: PHOTOGENIC CASTING

Date: 8 & 9 November 2014
Time: 2.00pm
Venue: 2nd Floor, South Zone, Queensbay Mall

The Mini Model Search is back – hotter and classier than ever!

In conjunction with the year end school holiday, the Mini Model Search aims to instil confidence and poise among children while inspiring styling creativity among parents.

The Mini Model Search is opened to girls and boys from ages 5 to 12 years old, with up to RM12,000 worth of prizes up for grabs. Participants are allowed to try their luck on one or both days of the audition by dressing up according to the theme of the day.

Theme: Black Tie Classic
8 Nov 2014 (Sat), 2pm, 2F South Zone

Theme: Old Skool Classic
9 Nov 2014 (Sun), 2pm, 2F South Zone

From the audition, 20 finalists from each theme of the day will be selected. A total of 40 Finalists will go through to the Grand Final where the children will strut their stuff on the runway showcasing the kids fashion available in Queensbay Mall.

Prizes:
Top Mini Models (Boy & Girl): RM1,000 worth of prizes each
Best Runway Mini Models (Boy & Girl): RM500 worth of prizes each
Best Portrait Models (Boy & Girl): RM500 worth of prizes each
40x Finalists: RM200 worth of prizes

“LADIES & GENTLEMEN” WORKSHOP | 15 & 16 Nov 2014 (Sat & Sun), 2pm, Queens Street 3F North Zone
The Workshop is open to all participants for free, however pre-registration for the “Ladies & Gentlemen” Workshop is required as the seats are limited to 50 participants per day only. Children who join in the exclusive hands-on workshop will learn the basic etiquette and skills that they will utilise lifelong including:
1. Essential table manners
2. Basic public speaking skills
3. Good posture
4. Stage presentation
5. Catwalk & posing skills

Registration for Mini Model Search 2014 opens until 4pm on 9 November 2014 (Sunday) at the Information Counter (GF Centre Zone) with a valid single receipt of RM50 (kids fashion) or RM100 (other outlets) in Queensbay Mall. The first 200 to register for the Search will receive a complimentary slice of crepe from Humble Beginnings.
