This month, Salt ‘n” Pepper Café Restaurant Berjaya Waterfront Hotel, Johor Bahru chef has line-up two exciting food promotion ‘Indian Buffet Dinner’ and American BBQ Buffet’. Come and savor the taste of Indian Buffet Dinner with special highlights blend of Indian cuisine including aloo chaat (spiced potatoes), kachumar (salad), sirka, mirchi murg gazala, khatte allo (potato curry), miloni tarkari (mixed vegetable cooked with mild spices and flavored with fenugreek) baghare baigan (eggplants simmered in tangy rich gravy), masal dhal (lentils tampered with mustard cumin and curry leaves) and more. Don’t miss out the Indian Buffet promotion as this wonderful cuisine is brought to you by hotel guest chef, Shaikh Habil who has carried with himself 15 years cooking experience. Chef Shaikh Habil is a true-bred Indian who hails from Southern India. You can check out his signature dishes through the lavish buffet. The Indian Buffet Dinner is available every Friday from 6.30pm to 10.30pm at the priced of RM55.00+per adult and RM28.00+per child.

Meanwhile, on Saturday enjoy your day with American BBQ with special highlights including mixed grill of barbecued chicken, minute steak, lamb chop, sausages, corn on cob, creole jambalaya, medallious of beef in pepper sauce and pickled red onion, chicken leg and more, priced at RM65.00+ per adult and RM33.00+ per child.
