“GIVE LOVE ON CHRISTMAS” CULINARY TEMPTATIONS AT REGAL KOWLOON HOTEL – COLOURFUL FESTIVE DELICACIES

Season’s greetings from Regal Kowloon Hotel! Christmas is so much more special if you share it with people you love. This year, “Give Love On Christmas” is a festive theme specially created to bless you and your family a Christmas with love, peace and laughter.

Riding on the theme, our Executive Chef Ray Lam has designed a selection of colourful delicacies for your enjoyment with your beloved. Other festive delicacies as well as a variety of fabulous festive programmes are also ready for your celebration!

a) Fun-filled Festivities

Festive Photo-taking Area

Apart from the festive gastronomy, don’t miss the chance to capture the memorable moment at our “Give Love On Christmas” photo-taking area filled with festive decorations.

Christmas Carol Singing 

Choir performances will be staged at the hotel lobby on December 24 & 25, 2014.

Dec 24 – performed by Kowloon Tong School (Primary Section) from 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Dec 25 – performed by Wong Tai Sin Children’s Choir from 12:30pm to 1:30pm

Popcorn Charity Sales 2014

A seven-day Popcorn Charity Sales will be conducted from December 15–21 in the hotel. All proceeds generated will be donated to the Children’s Cancer Foundation. Staff will dress up in Santa Claus and Santa Rena costumes during the fund raising event to bring festive joy to our guests.

Letter to Santa Claus

Guests can write down their Christmas wishes and drop into our mailbox at lobby for posting to Santa Claus. Special dining privileges will be given in return.

b) Festive Gourmet Delights

At the Regal Kowloon Hotel, you can enjoy delicate festive cuisine with excellent dining venues, luxurious services as well as festive early bird privileges!

Café Allegro Presents Lobster and Seafood Dishes with Colourful Delicacies



Café Allegro is delighted to present Festive “Lobster Mania” Seafood Dinner Buffet with fresh lobsters, seasonal seafood and sumptuous delights including unlimited supply of Chilled Boston Lobsters, Bread Crabs, Snow Crab Legs, Half Shell Scallops, Rock Crabs, Whole Fresh Hamachi, Sashimi Scallop, Sea Urchin, Parma Ham with Melon, 40” Seafood and Snow Crab Leg Paella, Pan-fried Goose Liver, salad bar with over 20 kinds of vegetables (including organic and hydroponic vegetables) and over 50 kinds of delicate desserts. Other festive choices such as Christmas Turkey, Christmas Log Cake, Christmas Stolen and Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce are also served along the buffet table to provide a complete festive-filled dining experience.

Colourful delicacies are another focus point for the festive dining. Chef Ray Lam prepares Giant Rainbow Cake, vibrant Candy Corner, Macaroons of assorted colours as well as flamboyant Jelly Beans Bowl for you to enjoy a bright and blissful season.

Besides, to enrich the festive atmosphere, balloon twisting, magic show and face painting activities are also provided on Christmas and New Year’s Eve (December 24-25 & 31, 2014).

Mezzo Offers American Italian Festive Cuisine

With its relaxing ambience and view over the Centenary Garden, Mezzo is a great place to gather with family and friends. Chef Ray Lam proudly presents you a traditional American Italian Semi-buffet Dinner with a lot of festive authentic dishes for your celebration. You can enjoy an exciting variety of appetizers including Chilled Maine Lobsters, Snow Crab Legs and Parma Ham in live counter. Followed by main courses for your selection, including Goose Liver Pizza with Black Truffle and Fresh Figs, Grilled Half Boston Lobster Risotto, Pan-seared Pike Perch Wrapped with Parma Ham and Pesto Sauce, Christmas Turkey “Sous Vide” with Traditional Chestnut Stuffing and Herbs Gravy and Oven Roasted U.S. Black Angus Eye Steak with Balsamic Gravy. Finally, don’t miss the Christmas Dessert Sampler for a sweet and perfect end note.

Regal Court Serves Traditional Cantonese Dishes



Regal Court is renowned for traditional Cantonese favourites, authentic Sichuan delicacies as well as splendid Dim Sum in an exquisite setting. In the western festive days, you can choose to sample the Chinese tempting set menu, which are specially crafted by our Executive Chinese Chef Tsang Chung Hong.

Guests who book the festive programmes (24-26, 31 December 2014 and 1 January 2015) of Café Allegro and Mezzo on or before 15 December 2014 with full payment will enjoy 15% off Early Bird Privilege.
