CHRISTMAS EXTRAVAGANZA AT BACI ITALIAN CAFE

November 28, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

Baci Italian Cafe, a home-grown but typically Italian-styled cafe by Chaswood Resources Ltd is rolling out three specially crafted festive menu specials in line with its European theme, in conjunction with Yuletide.

Serving a wide array of Italian-inspired, café style dishes from gourmet handmade sandwiches and salads – where diners get to pick their own toppings and ingredients – to traditional pizzas, pastas, soups and pastries, baci features beautiful wooden fixtures, an open kitchen and exudes a cozy ambience that makes it an ideal place for great meals and casual get-togethers.

Starting from December 2014, baci will be introducing on its menu, the Christmas Confetti Pasta ( RM19.80 ), a hearty gourmet Tuscan Xmas pasta with ocean fresh shrimps and grilled turkey ham tossed in a mildly spicy light cream sauce.

Another must-try limited edition festive dish is the Christmas Roulade ( RM21.80 ) featuring delicious chicken roulade stuffed with chestnut mousseline, a side of garlic mash potatoes, butter glazed snow peas and sweet cranberry sauce.

Diners will also have the opportunity to pre-order baci’s Roasted Whole Turkey ( RM325 nett), an exclusive Christmas signature dish with chicken mousse, chestnuts, cranberries and sage farce, roasted rosemary potatoes, sweet potato mash, garlic glazed broccoli with green beans and caramelized carrots on the side, complete with savoury turkey jus and cranberry chutney.
Roasted Whole Turkey pre-orders are accepted by 18th December for collection from 22nd till 24th December, 2014.

For your sweet course, savour baci’s Christmas-inspired desserts and cakes available only for a limited time. Choose from a tempting selection of freshly baked creations ranging from the Christmas Fruits Cupcake (RM12.90), A Merry Christmas Fruit Cake (RM13.90) to the Chocolate Yule Log (RM59.90 for a 1kg cake or RM11.90 per slice).

Pair your favourite dessert with a signature hand-crafted cup of Lavazza coffee by baci’s specially trained baristas.

baci Italian Cafe is located at Lot G47, Ground Floor, Citta Mall, No.1, Jalan PJU 1A/48, Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. For more information or reservations, kindly call 03-7831 8051, log on to http://baci.com.my or visit http://www.facebook.com/baci.my.
