Published in the Star Newspaper back in 2012, The Angry Bird Bun comes to hit in Ipoh. We had spotted the shop selling the Angry Bird Bun while we are having our lunch at Onn Kee. Located just next to it, the shop is elling a variety of cartoon character buns where they have pikachu, doraemon, panda as well as Hello Kitty too.
Each buns comes with different ingridents in their lovely bao. The bao are all so cute which it is simply irrestible and I just cant eat them. Steamed buns had varieties filling including sweets and savory flavors for your choice. They’re pandan, kaya, red beans, peanuts and even Char Siew steamed buns too. Steamed buns are priced at RM1.00 for those without designs; RM1.50 for decorated ones and RM1.70 for the tiger-shaped buns.
