An American reality television series, which follows four professional buyers and their team as they search and repossess storage units, ‘Storage Wars’ has recently invited Malaysian-born International Celebrity Chef Rosalind Chan, to

Tasked at assessing cake decorating products, Rosalind Chan was the true professional who was called to evaluate and examine the products.

“It was such a fun experience for me because the filming was such an excitement! I was featured together with Roy, the star of Storage Wars and we had a cake fight on air after that!” said Rosalind Chan.

“The programme will be aired sometime late Fall or end of the year, and I am really looking forward to seeing the full episode on broadcast,” she added. Rosalind is a Certified Master Sugar Artist (CMSA) from ICES (USA) and an International Sugarpaste Artist and is the first Chinese certified by Wilton Industries in Chicago to be a

Lead Trainer on their International Training Team. 

She not only holds the authorization from Wilton Industries (USA) to conduct their Wilton programs in Malaysia, but she has also secured the endorsement from Squires Kitchen (UK) to hold and conduct their UK professional cake decorating diploma courses as their first international instructor at her centres in Malaysia.

Conducting countless cake-decorating courses for people from various walks of lives ranging from homemakers and professionals to pastry chefs in countries such as Canada (Toronto), U.S.A., Japan (Tokyo), China (Shanghai, Harbin and Guangzhou), Korea, Singapore and Malaysia (Ipoh, Penang and Kuala Lumpur), Rosalind Chan has also appeared on Canadian and Malaysian radio and television, newspapers and numerous business and lifestyle Rosalind Chan is a member of solid standing with the British Sugarcraft Guild, Canadian Society of Sugar Artistry, Canadian Pastry Chefs Guild as well as a regular demonstrator and adjudicator for the International Cake Exploration Society in the United States.

About International Centre of Cake Artistry (ICCA) Malaysia

Chef Rosalind Chan has furthered her passion with her debut entrepreneurial venture with the opening of the first ever authorized and certified Wilton Method Instruction Training Centre in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia in 2006 followed by a second outlet in 2007 at Sri Hartamas, Malaysia. Both training centres have a one of a kind retail outlet catering solely to this industry, offering the most up-to-date cake decorating materials and tools sourced internationally. In December 2008, Rosalind opened and consolidated her centre into one largest cake decorating cum baking/training center and retail outlet in Malaysia spanning over 16,000 sq. ft over 4 floors. This 16,000 sq. ft. site offers state of the art training facilities in terms of equipment and visual aids. Her facility also offers the first ever one of its kind wedding consultation facility in Malaysia where it offers the bride and bridegroom to have an opportunity to see a full visual image of the wedding cake of their dreams using computer assisted technology.
