THE EXCITING 9TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL CENTRE OF CAKE ARTISTRY (ICCA)

Founded by Malaysia’s International Celebrity Chef Rosalind Chan, the International Centre of Cake Artistry (ICCA) will be celebrating their 9th year anniversary this Thursday, 25th September 2014. Featuring its most sought after latest cake decorating equipment and tools from England, USA, South America and South Africa, ICCA’s retail store showcases the most complete major series line of the renowned cake designing brand, Wilton.

ICCA will be organising an exclusive sales event in conjunction with its anniversary celebrations on 26th September – 5th October 2014 from 10am to 7pm, Mon to Fri, 9.30am to 5pm on Sat and  9.30pm to 4pm on Sun.

Located at Kota Damansara, Wisma ICCA spans over four floors, with its certification and authorization as the first South East Asian, Wilton Method Training hub.

It will be an exciting time to browse through a wide variety of colourful, unique display of tools, utensils and products for cake decoration and design. For 9 years, ICCA has a captivating audience and has always retained a loyal following of baking and artistry enthusiasts frequenting ICCA, attracted by its array of magnificent decorating and designing tools and products.
“We have many different baking goods and decorating tools that is essentially needed to bake and decorate! From fresh ingredients, decorative items, books on designs and flavours to edible  products, ICCA provides everything that is necessary for the baking lovers!” said Vivian Tan, Operations Manager of ICCA.

“Our 9th Year anniversary is significantly important for us as we have not only moved forward in creating a world of learning and discovering desserts and cakes, but we have provided a platform to obtain certification courses from our Wilton Method Trainers and system that has progressively moved them forward to a new era of cake decorating and baking!” she said.
Vivian Tan added that the customers could also purchase cash vouchers worth RM50 ringgit which is redeemable till the 31st December, 2014.

From the shelves of flavouring bottles to assortment of designing tools such as  Spatulas, Small Rolling Pin, Cake Leveler, Fondant Smoother, Flower Nail, Practice Board, Piping Tips, Tip Cover, Tip Cleaning Brush, Bake-Even Strips and dessert stands, the retail store is a true one stop centre of an upcoming pastry chef or an amateur sugar artist.

The store also provides its customers an array of decorating and designing magazines and other publications, both local and foreign writings, ready to enthral its readers with some of the trendy, best kept secret methods of cake designing and pastry delicacies recipes.

Its workshops and training component classes are all bolstered with high-end, cutting edge designing tools and utensils, which are easily found at the retail store section. ICCA is the exclusive Malaysia distributor for Wilton,  Satin Ice (USA) and Sugar Impressions brand products.
