Fuze Restaurant being the coffeehouse of The Everly Hotel Putrajaya serves ala-carte delights for their lunch and dinner. With their policies of serving quality food to their clients, their kitchen will prepare the food upon ordering and yes, you will be assured that all the sauce and food are prepared once they take your order and do prepare for a slightly longer waiting time on your food.

We started with the Creamy Mushroom Soup (RM 13.80) where the mushroom soup is deliciously done with the fresh mushroom brewed till perfectionist. The mushroom soup is indeed superb and filled with the creaminess in it. Love the blend of mushroom in it.

Another signature to try off is the Pan Seared Pepper Crusted Salmon (RM 42.80) where it is served together with the garden vegetables as well as the pumpkin potato mash. The Salmon is well pan fried and leaving us with the flaky texture of the fish. As for the sauce, it is deliciously done with the creamy blend of the sweet pumpkin sauce as the base.

Braised Lamb Rack in Herbal Jus (RM 42.80) ; is such divinely done with the fall of the meat with it.With the blend of the Herbal Jus infused into the lamb and the slow-cooked of the meat; the meats comes simply delicious and every mouthful complete with the juiciness in it.

Coming next, we had the spaghetti- Spaghetti Gambei Aglio E-Olio (RM 23,80) where the Italian noodles is cooked al-dente and filled with the scrumptious ingridients including prawns and squids.

Not only have that, besides western delicacies Fuze Restaurant also offered Nasi Goreng Brastagi (RM 19.80) where the spcy fried rice is being served with the satay and fried eggs.
