Café 8 Degrees will bring over a selective variety of quality seasoned seafood to gourmets at the BBQ Seafood Dinner Buffet from Oct 1 to Dec 14, 2014.

Assorted Seafood Cold Dishes:
Alaska King Crab Leg, freshly shucked U.S. Oyster, New Zealand Mussel, Shrimp, Sea Whelk, Sashimi such as Shrimp, Salmon, Surf Clam, Cuttlefish and Sushi. Tempting salad selections, Korean Style Mussel Salad with Kimchi, Mango and Crab Meat Salad with Herbs, Marinated Salmon with Dill & Orange and more.

BBQ Seafood delicacies:
Tiger Prawns, Marinade Halibut with Herb, Grilled Alaska Queen Crab Leg with Fresh Lemon Juice, Cololabis Saira, Capelin, Salt-grilled Chicken Wings, Pineapple, Sweet Corn, Cherry Tomato, Eggplant and Mixed Mushroom Skewers…

Other highlights:
Roasted Pork Belly, Pan-fried Foie Gras with Black Truffle Sauce, Sautéed Seafood with Assorted Vegetable and Herb in White Wine Sauce, Roasted Prime Rib of Beef, Korean Style Deep-fried Chicken Wings, Grilled Lamb Chop, BBQ Spare Rib and more.
