The highly celebrated and award winning restaurant’s new menu, designed by Executive Chef cum F&B Manager Eddie Yap, sees all its classic favorites have been recreated with a personal touch and the exciting add-on to new dishes, including the exotic Pomelo Salad, Tom Yam Prawn Bisque and, in the mains, guests can enjoy Organic Pandan Chicken, Seafood Green Curry, Slow Braised Black Angus Beef Ribs with Dry Curry and more.

Highlight of the new menu are the innovative desserts such as Mango Sticky Rice Sushi, Chilled Young Coconut Crème Caramel served along with our prime Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream.
