INTRODUCING “SWITCH ROLLS” AT RASA DELI, SHANGRILA’S RASA SAYANG RESORT & SPA, PENANG

Executive Pastry Chef, Dino Wan and his team has added a new variety of swiss rolls to his repertoire of pastries – a savoury swiss roll. The are three varieties of sweet rolls and four varieties of savoury rolls on sale at the Rasa Deli.

“We termed our these swiss rolls as “switch” rolls as we wanted to give a new twist to a familiar, traditional pastry, giving pastry lovers a new way of enjoying a time-honoured favourite. Our Rasa Deli “switch” rolls are perfect for a tea time snack or served as party food,” said Executive Pastry Chef, Dino Wan, who has almost 30 years experience creating exquisite pastries and cakes. Pastry lovers can select from the flavour options of Nutella Hazelnut, Green Tea With Red Bean, Chocolate Mango, Chicken Curry with Potato, Tuna Mayonnaise with Cheese, Mushroom Cream or Smoked Salmon. Price: RM 12++ onwards. Price is subject to 6% government tax. The “switch” rolls are available at Rasa Deli for take away from 11am to 6:30pm daily. For more information, please call (04) 888 8788
