Your wait for perfect Italian cuisine is over! The highly acclaimed Mistral is stylishly refurbished and opens its doors once again to all Italian gourmands at InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong.

CONTEMPORARY ITALIAN SETTING
The newly refurbished Mistral has a contemporary yet cosy décor with leather tones creating a warm and inviting ambience. Adored with the ceiling-high wine cellar showcasing an extensive selection of Italian fine wines, the intimate lounge area is ideal for pre-dinner drinks or to engage with the restaurant’s sommelier, James Wong for his wine recommendations.

Its leather armchairs, royal blue sofas and wood tables in the main dining area make it a comfortable place for dining with friends or families. With the signature terracotta floor-tiles, hand-crafted Buon Ricordo plates and black-and-white vintage photographs, a friendly, enjoyable and warm setting is featured prominently throughout the area. Diners will also be fascinated by watching the chefs with passions preparing Italian specialties in the open kitchen and impressed by the aroma permeating the restaurant.

The exclusive private dining room, catering for up to 18 guests, has the perfect setting for any occasion.

Chef Baudoino takes his passions for perfection in preparing every dish uncompromisingly distinctive and he is excelled in incorporating simple, healthy and modern dining concept to authentic culinary skills, delivering exceptional Italian gastronomic pleasure to guests.

The first attraction awaits and appeals your appetite is the tantalising aroma of homemade bread basket including freshly baked grissini, rosemary ciabatta and garlic focaccia, complemented by a selection of savoury dips that will certainly surprise you.

Under the guidance of Chef Baudoino, the talented chefs present a series of modern Italian dishes to showcase this flavourful cuisine. Discover the fresh and unique flavours of thinly sliced raw tuna, sea scallop, red snapper and prawns with mango, watermelon and cress or savour the sublime texture of handmade garganelli tossed with clams, sea urchin and sparkling wine sauce.

The exceptional handmade ravioli filled with buffalo mozzarella and smoked tomatoes, fava bean puree with marjoram is presented in a new way to please both your craving for pasta flavours and visual desire.
