OLD PENANG SEAFOOD STEAMBOAT @ TAMAN KEUSAHAWANAN

July 29, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

Kepong is a place which is famed for its steamboat and being a steamboat lover, we headed to Old Penang Seafood Steamboat Restaurant which is the old “Pinang Latta Seafood”. Since, there is a change in management, they had shift over to do the steamboat business as well. Not in buffet style, the steamboat here is served in set which is approximately RM 17/pax
LITTLE PENANG CAFE

This time, we had the 2 person set steamboat which is priced at RM 35.00 where the steamboat comes with a choice of few soup like scallop soup, normal soup, and also tomyam soup. The steamboat is filled with the gracious ingredients which is beautifully stacked. The set is filled with the bacons, fish balls, fresh prawns, meat balls, taufu balls, enoki mushroom as well as crab stick as well. They also served us with 2 types of noodles and a plate of vegetables in the spread.

We also ordered some of the additional signature fish balls which are made in house by the chef. They have toufu with fish balls, bouncy balls, turkey meat balls and more. The ala-carte delights come awesome which every plate tempted us till the fullest including its set.
LITTLE PENANG CAFE
Dipped them for a kick with the spicy chilly sauce.
