IT’S ‘BALIK KAMPUNG’ SEASON AT GRAND HYATT KUALA LUMPUR

From 30 June 2014 to 25 July 2014, guests can look forward to savouring festive and traditional flavours at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur’s JP teres restaurant. JP teres offers the best of local Malaysian cuisine, your ideal setting to gather and celebrate this special occasion with your family, friends or peers by treating yourself to their ‘Balik Kampung’ buffet dinner promotion.

Buffet spread comes interesting delicious with the assorted delicious items from their buffet selection. After the whole day of fasting, pamper your self with the variety of the cold selections of delights where you can grab their ulam ulam, acar Jelateh which includes the pickled cucumber, pineapple and shrimp salad and more. They served a good choices of variety with their Kerabu Manga muda dengan sotong, Kerabu daun selun and more. Deliciously done, I am pretty pampered with their accar and kerabu which is indeed appetizing.

Try their crackers as well where they have the Fish crackers, Prawn crackers, Herbed Indian crackers, Tapioca chips, Banana chips and more. Besides all the crunchy and appetizing bites, warm your tummy with the wide selection of soup too. This comes well with their Sup ekor and Bubur Lambok which is one of the Malay signature soup.

Their signatures comes attractively delicious and tempting. Huge Roast Whole Lamb is so indulging and just comes with the juicy and tender meat. Looking for more selection of Malay Hot Delights; assure your self to try their Ayam goreng berempah Sri Hyatt, Ikan merah goreng berlada, Telur itek masak lemak dan belimbing, Kepah masak lada hitam, Ayam masak ros and many more. Aside from the Malay delights, they do have the Indian Hot Selection where you can pamper yourself with the Lamb Curry, Fish Amritsary, Chicken Tikka Masala, Nasi biryani and more. For those who prefer some not spicy selection, try up their Ayam mayonnaise dengan Thai sos, Ayam mayonnaise dengan Thai sos / Chicken mayonnaise with Thai sauce, Ikan tenggari masak Tau Choo, Kailan Dengan Ikan Masin and more.

Selections of stalls are available too. The Tandoori Station brings you with the Ayam tandoori, Udang tandoori and also Roti India. Not only that; there are counters which brings you with the lemang, ketupat and serunding ayam.

If you are looking for some noodles, there are- wonton noodle sup, Assam Laksa Johor, Prawn mee sup, Curry laksa and also yong tau fu. Impressively good and delicious to go for.

End some of the mains with the satay temptations and also Pilihan makanan laut Sri Hyatt corner. Otak –otak daun kelapa is another delights which I am looking for. Scrumptious ingridients and the otak otak are just so good and delighting.

End your meal with some sweet delights. Assorted Malay Kuih, Ais krim roti, Sliced fruit, Ais batu campur, Assorted Pudding and more.

Running from 30 June 2014 to 25 July 2014, the ‘Balik Kampung’ buffet dinner promotion is priced at MYR148.00 per adult and MYR74.00 per child inclusive of unlimited chilled juices, kedondong, barley, teh tarik and other local beverages. This buffet dinner promotion runs daily and starts from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. Rejoice as JP teres offers an ‘Early Bird Promotion’ for the ‘Balik Kampung’ buffet dinner promotion. A discount of 20% is offered for early bird booking or dine-in during 30 June 2014 to 6 July 2014.
