JUADAH TRADISI KAMPUNG BUFFET DINNER AT SILKA MAYTOWER HOTEL & SERVICED RESIDENCES

Calling all foodies, epicureans, gastronome or even food lovers! Come this festive season, treat your loved ones and friends to the special month-long festive buffet dinner at La Maison, in Silka Maytower Hotel & Serviced Residences.

Themed as “Juadah Tradisi Kampung,” the festive buffet dinner is made available annually in conjunction with the Ramadhan celebration. It offers a wide spread of more than 100 types of dishes from mouthwatering appetizers to tantalizing main courses and flavorsome desserts which will make the guests wanting for more!

Specially prepared by the passionate Chefs of La Maison, the cultural gastronomical buffet spread offered are like ‘Kambing Bakar ala Percik,’‘Pecal Desa,’ ‘Kerabu Udang Pucuk Pegaga,’ ‘Ayam Masak Briayani,’ ‘Ekor Lembu Asam Pedas,’ ‘Sambal Udang Petai’ and ‘Sotong Masak Sambal’ so as to mention a few.

To fulfill the discerning tastes buds of the hotel guests, there are seven different types of menus available weekly.

‘Juadah Tradisi Kampung’ is available from June 30 to July 27, at 6.30pm onwards and is priced at RM78 ++ per adult, RM30 ++ per child and Senior citizens get to enjoy the meal at 50% discount off the adult rate.

For early bird purchase, between June 2 and June 29, 2014, the price per adult is set at RM58 nett.
