After a long day of fasting during the Ramadhan (29 June to 28 July 2014); get together with family and friends and enjoy yourselves at TEMPTations Restaurant with their typical traditional delights.

The traditional delight brings you with the authentic local selections of “kerabu” and “sambal” to variety of authentic local selection. The “kerabu” temptations comes with 7 types of salad and appetizers where you can find the appetizing sourish delights from Kerabu pucuk paku, Kerabu jantung pisang, Kerabu nangka, Kerabu kacang panjang bersotong, Kerabu ayam, Kerabu daging and Kerabu udang.

Besides the sourish delights, they do have otak otak, gado gado, taufu sumbat, Ulam – ulam kampung, lots of different types Not only that, they do have a variety of the local’s favorite too where you can tempt yourselves with variety choices of pickles. This includes Jeruk kedondong, Jeruk betik, Jeruk mangga, Jeruk sengkuang, Jeruk anggur, Jeruk kelubi, Jeruk cermai , Jeruk buah salak, Jeruk buah pala and also Jeruk jambu batu. With all the appetizing delights including the kerpok lekor, Sambal cencaluk and more, you will be assured that you will be pampered till the top with the scrumptious and appetizing delights to start off.

As for the mains; the variety is just a huge one where there are Malay delights; Chinese Delights and also the Japanese temptations too. There you go with the local flavours which is worth to discover where they have the hot pipping delights from the Nasi tomato, Daging Palembang, Kambing masak ketumbar, Bawal masak tomato, Sotong masak cili kering kicap manis, Udang lemak cili padi, Sayur lodeh and more. They are also Chinese cravings, where you can find the variety of Chinese Dishes in the buffet which includes the Wok fried glass noodle with seafood ,Stewed mustard plant with crab meat , Sweet n sour prawn with fresh fruit , Wok fried squid with dry chili and cashew nuts and many more. If you love to have some western, western counters are available to pamper you too.

Looking for some live stalls? Yes, they have the Japanese Live Stall where you can indulge with some soup delights and also fresh seafood to cook with it.

As for the grilled place; choose your ingredients from fish, prawns, and squids to name a few where you can have the chef to do the grilling for you. Perfectly grilled till perfections and served hot; it is definite that you will fall in love with it.

In TEMPTations, they also have noodles stations where you can grab the hot pipping noodles made on spot that includes the lovely Laksa Johor, Laksa Penang and more.

Save the best for last! There is a sumptuous spread of Nyonya & Malay kuih such as Seri muka, Kuih kasui, Kuih lapis, Pulut panggang, Pulut inti, Kuih lompang, Kuih keria, Kuih angku, Kuih bakar, Tepung gomak, Cucur badak and Wajik. There is also a selection of Malay cakes and snacks evocative of the festive spirit – Bahulu, Dodol, Kuih bangkit, Kuih ros, Murukku, Buah rotan, Rempeyek, Kuih kapit, Kek pisang, Kek lapis and Kek kurma. There is also a selection of Malay cakes and snacks evocative of the festive spirit – Bahulu, Dodol, Kuih bangkit, Kuih ros, Murukku, Buah rotan, Rempeyek, Kuih kapit, Kek pisang, Kek lapis and Kek kurma.

Every evening, there will be two types of Malay bubur served from an array of Bubur jagung, Bubur pulut hitam, Bubur kacang merah, Pengat keladi, Pengat pisang, Bubur cha cha, Serawa durian, Serawa pulut nangka, Bubur kacang hijau with durian and Bubur gandum.

With all this goodies, why not reserved your table at Temptations to pamper your tastebuds for this coming ramadhan. Priced at RM108++ per person and half price for children from 6 to 12 years old. Early birds will also enjoy great savings as the buffet is priced at RM88.16nett per person from 29 June to 4 July and 24 July to 27 July 2014.

Located in the East Wing – Lobby Level of the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel, TEMPTationS’ Iftar Buffet is available daily from 6.30pm to 10.30pm daily throughout the month of Ramadan.
