There are plenty of eateries in Petaling Jaya and this round we headed for Restaurant Mei Yan. We passed through the restaurant several tumes but we did not manage to get a try till recently we did it finally try their famous “Hokkien Mee “ and “Lala”

For those who are familiar with PJ, they are not hard to find. Same row with Thai Camp the restaurant perhaps is the only Chinese Restaurant that is located in the allay of two rows of shop houses, along Caltex petrol station down the raod. The boss is pretty friendly as well as they are pretty fast is serving their food which is not more than 10 minutes.
We ordered the “Hokkien Mee” which is coated with the slightly sticky, savory black sauce and loaded with the generous amount of pork lards in it. Filled with the “wok hei”; the noodles comes just right. Accompanying with the Hokkien Mee comes the lovely spicy chilly.
We also ordered the Stir Fried Ho Fan and then it is being topped with the raw egg on top, Silky combination with the light eggy taste, the Hor Fan comes to our favorite with the creamy slurpy goodness texture with it.
We ends our meal with their signature-the Siong Tiong Lala. The Siong Ting Lala comes well where the soup is pretty subtie with the fresh natural taste of the lala itself. Love it!
