Charcuterie, the art of curing or preserving meat, is a practice that began before the existence of refrigeration to prolong the shelf life of meats. Today, charcuterie is a culinary art that creates flavourful meat sausages, pates and confit.

The Charcuterie Surprise promotion is available daily from 5 – 30 May 2014,through an A’ la carte menu from RM55++ per portion. Tuscany Italian Restaurant Operating Hours are Monday to Saturday from 11:30am to 2:30pm for Lunch; and 6:30pm to 10:00pm for Dinner. The restaurant is closed on Sunday.
