foodpanda.my just recently announced their Customer Choice Award winners for partner restaurants based on their customer reviews. The food delivery leader currently has close to 600 restaurants in 6 cities on their website and mobile application.
“We understand that people are looking for the best food in town and are busy. We are proud to announce the inaugural winners of foodpanda.my’s Customer Choice Awards which recognizes the best restaurants with a delivery option – this makes ordering food easy, fast and delicious” says Claudio Abitante, Mananging Director of foodpanda Malaysia.
“We want to have this list out annually to both give more power to the views of our customers and also acknowledge our restaurant partners for the good food that they make. This makes it easier for our customers to make decisions on the best restaurants out there – as we are currently growing close to 600+ restaurants nationwide” adds Abitante.
A total of 26 awards were given out this year including Best Fast Food Chain, Best Vietnamese Restaurant, Best Fusion Restaurant in KL, among others. “This is obviously not a comprehensive list and is just based on what our customers have voted for” addss Abitante.
“We will be constantly tweaking and improving the selection criteria of our list – and with more restaurants on board – we hope to see more categories and more new restaurants” he added.
foodpanda.my currently operates in 6 cities including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Ipoh, Melaka, and Johor Bahru. They are looking to expand to Shah Alam within the next few weeks, East
Malaysia and Brunei within the second quarter.
