IT’S ‘BALIK KAMPUNG’ SEASON AT GRAND HYATT KUALA LUMPUR

From 30 June 2014 to 25 July 2014, guests can look forward to savouring festive and traditional flavours at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur’s JP teres restaurant. JP teres offers the best of local Malaysian cuisine, your ideal setting to gather and celebrate this special occasion with your family, friends or peers by treating yourself to our ‘Balik Kampung’ buffet dinner promotion.

At JP teres, engage your senses with our wide variety of cold food selections, an assortment of condiments, also our Malay, Indian and Chinese hot food selections. Excite your appetite and taste buds with mouth-watering dishes such as Roti Canai with Murtabak, Nasi Briyani, Nasi Ayam, Chicken Tandoori, Lamb Curry, Assam Laksa Johor, Malay Oxtail Soup, Bubur Lambok and many more.

 

Do not miss out on our carving station serving delicious Roasted Whole Lamb Percik-style and Beef Shawarma with pita bread. End your night with delectable local desserts such as Malay Kuih, Pandan Chiffon Cake, Kek Lapis Sarawak, Apam Balik, Bubur Pulut Hitam and Cendol.

For guests who wish to host large groups for dinner, we invite you to our Grand Ballroom, the perfect venue for such occasions. With brilliant crystal chandeliers that cover the entire ceiling and a panel of lattice work reflecting the Malaysian culture, guests can enjoy their dinner with a touch of Malay festive ambience.

In addition, traditional live performances are hosted at the entrance of Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur to provide a warm welcome to guests. The performance is held every Wednesday to Friday from 6:45pm onwards until 9:30pm. The hotel will also be selling pineapple tarts and dates as a form of festive gift to enjoy with family and friends this July.

Running from 30 June 2014 to 25 July 2014, the ‘Balik Kampung’ buffet dinner promotion is priced at MYR148.00 per adult and MYR74.00 per child inclusive of unlimited chilled juices, kedondong, barley, teh tarik and other local beverages. This buffet dinner promotion runs daily and starts from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. Rejoice as JP teres offers an ‘Early Bird Promotion’ for the ‘Balik Kampung’ buffet dinner promotion. A discount of 20% is offered for early bird booking or dine-in during 30 June 2014 to 6 July 2014.
