Revel in delicious Cantonese delicacies specially prepared by Master Chef Yong. Roasted peking duck with goose liver, oven baked cod fish with egg white caviar, skewered prawn with lemon grass in golden butter sauce and thousand layer chicken with almond flakes are some of the “show stoppers” that you must try! Only available in the month of April.
