香港仔一品魚蛋王 is one of the restaurant we spotted during our trip down Hong Kong. The restaurant is just a small one -not much places to sit too and they are famous for their fishballs. As so, we had our quick lunch there before our tourist attraction guides go.
We had one of them which is the Combination Balls noodles which comes with the variety of fish balls, pork balls and fish cake together. The fish balls is bouncy and good but the noodles had a slight alkaline taste which spoilt the overall taste of the soup and noodles.

As for Fish Balls Noodles, it comes with the strings of noodles which is made from fish and also serves with the fishballs. It is good though with the springy bouncy fishballs which comes with it.
