“Feast of Crab” Dinner Buffet incorporates 8 kinds of fresh and seasonal crabs from all around the world to showcase the tantalizing sweetness of crabs to tempt your palate. A not-to-be-missed refreshing appetizer is Philippines Green Crabmeat, Avocado and Mango Salad. The crabmeat is seasoned with mango sauce, serving with fresh avocado, mango and salad vegetables, demonstrating a perfect balance of sweet and sour to whet your appetite. For main course, you are highly recommended to try out the innovative Steamed Egg with Dungeness Crab, Shaoxing Wine and Crab Meal. Unlike the traditional cooking practice, this new style of steamed egg is a mixture of crabmeat and egg and complemented with crab meal, gourmets will be surprised by its smoothness and richness, while the freshness of the crab is fully brought out by Shaoxing Wine. Make sure you sample our cooked-to-order Three-spotted Crab Congee and classical American cuisine Maryland Crab Cake too. The congee of the former has fully absorbed the essence of the crab, while the latter is freshly handmade by our chefs every day. Other signature dishes include Zuwaigani Crab Salad Stuffed in Forest Mushroom, Baked Barramundi with Crabmeat and Yolk Mousse and Braised E-fu Noodles with Crab Roe. Also, Singaporean Chilli Crab, Singaporean Pepper Crab, Fried Crab Typhoon Shelter Style or Fried Crab with Ginger and Spring Onion will be served on rotation basis to satisfy the cravings of crab lovers!

To match with the theme of “Crabs”, Canadian Rock Crabs, King Crab Legs, Edible Crab Claws and Snow Crab Legs are specially added to the sumptuous Assorted Seafood Platter in addition to the regular offerings including New Zealand Oysters, French Edible Crabs, French Golden Sea Whelks and New Zealand Mussels. Apart from the luscious crab specialties, other hot picks must be Sashimi and Sushi Counter and Grill Counter. The former serves 7 selections of sashimi sliced on-the-spot on rotation basis, including Scallop, Sweet Shrimp, Surf Clam, Herring and Salmon, while the latter offers various aromatic and sizzling choices prepared a-la-minute by our chefs, such as Grilled Chicken Soft Bone Sausage, Grilled Minute Steak and Grilled Lamb Chop, both counters are promising the freshest dishes for you to relish. To further satisfy your appetite, other food counters like Cheese Counter and Salad Bar are also available to ensure you an enjoyable dining experience.

Exquisite desserts always round off the meal perfectly. MOVENPICK Ice Cream from Switzerland is always the most seductive dessert in the buffet, 8 flavours are ready daily, ice cream aficionados will definitely be addicted to its tastiness. In addition to the above, various desserts are also meticulously prepared by our Pastry Chef, such as Apricot Cheesecake, Opera, Black Sesame Cream Roll, Crème Brûlée, Classical Cotton Candy and Chocolate Fountain, are lined up tidily at our dessert counter.
