Chef-Owner Riccardo Ferrarotti will feature the weekly Saturday Buffet Brunch (11.30am-3:00pm) in addition to some spring & Easter Inspired offerings including the main highlight, “Capretto” – Whole Suckling Baby Goat from Italy served with roasted & buttered vegetables.

The buffet will include a variety of creations, guests can enjoy all-you-can-eat of the elaborate counter of Cold Cuts & Cheese complemented by homemade pickles and jams. The buffet is incorporate into balanced, fresh and healthy diet of special Salad Bar with selection of Pinzimonio Salad, Roasted Vegetables, Pasta Salad, Fennel & Orange Salad, Sicilian Tomato & Onion Salad with accompanying dressings. Pick the soup selection and main course dish, they are prepared fresh & warm from the open concept kitchen, deliver straight to the table.

The unlimited buffet brunch menu includes tempting delectable desserts to end things on a sweet note namely Homemade Tiramisu, Choco & Amaretti Pudding, Apple Tart and more.
