Batik design competition, for children aged 7 to 12 years old, in support of Visit Malaysia Year 2014, will be organized by All Seasons Place at The Courtyard.
The winning design, in two different categories, category A (7-9 years old) and category B (10-12 years old), will have a chance to win to a share of prizes worth RM1,700.
In order to enter the competition, participants are required to attach proof of purchase of RM10 from any outlets at All Seasons Place or pay registration fee of RM5 per participant.
Scheduled on 26 April 2014 at 2pm, this competition is an opportunity for children to showcase their artistic skills while understanding Malaysian Batik which is well known in Malaysia and being promoted abroad as part of Malaysia’s culture.
Participants are required to bring their own colouring materials to complete their creative and unique artwork within 2 hours.
To participate, public have pre-register themselves and the closing date for registration is 25 April 2014. Registrations are limited to first 30 participants for each category.
