RASA MALAYSIA IN TEMPTATIONS AT RENAISSANCE KUALA LUMPUR HOTEL

In conjuction to Visit Malaysia Year #vmy2014, Temptations will be presenting the melting pot of the delicious food which includes Malay, Chinese, Indian and other ethic cooking styles. The “Rasa Malaysia” buffet is one of the specialities prepared by Temptations.

The buffet spread brings us with the wide selection of Malaysian cuisine. Emphizing on the Malaysian Cuisone, be sure you wil be pamepered with the spices such as turmeric, chilies, cumin, coriander and cardamom, and infused with aromatics such as galangal, lemongrass, ginger and curry leaves. The Malaysian flavours are now available daily during dinner for diners to discover.

We started off with the counters which is filled with delicious Malaysian favorites and classics delights such as the Beef Rendang, Asam Pedas Ikan Tenggiri, Sotong bakar bersambal, Gulai ikan kering tumis darat, Sweet & sour fish fillet with pineapple, red & green peppers, Beef and chicken satay with peanut sauce, cucumber, onions and ketupat, Fish head curry and lots more.

Besides the Malaysian curry’s and dishes, do pamper your self with the char koay teow too.

Not only that, the counters of delicious sambals,with the petai, cucumber and more are available to pamper your tastebuds. I am pampered with the spiciness of the delights too.

Seafood? Yes, they have them too.. Fresh seafood which is served on the bed of ice neverless is something must to try in the buffet line too. Filled with crayfish, flower crabs, fresh oysters, prawns and mussels are some of the fresh items too. Dipped them with your favourite sauce or a slice of lemon to enhance the flavors of the seafood itself.

Well, not only that, they have the live cooking area too in the buffet spread. Grab your favorite hawker delights or stir fried dishes there. Asam Laksa, Mee rebus, Soup koay teow are some items you can get there with the rotation.

As for desserts, pamper your self with the variety of Malaysian desserts as well as variety of lovely petite cakes. Some includes the rojak, pudding chendol, durian mille crepes and more. As for cakes, you can get the red valvet, tiramisu and more to choose too from the selection.

TEMPTationS’ Rasa Malaysia Dinner Buffet is priced at RM109.00++ per person and half price for children aged between 6 and 12 years. It is available from 6.30 to 10.30pm every evening from 3 to 31 March 2014.
