MARCH SPECIALTIES AT BERJAYA WATERFRONT HOTEL, JOHOR BAHRU

Throughout the month of March, Berjaya Waterfront Hotel, Johor Bahru is offering a line-up of delectable food and beverages at its restaurants.

The Salt ‘n” Pepper Café Restaurant once awarded Malaysia’s longest Café Restaurant in the Malaysia Book of Records overlooks the Straits of Johor and serves a variety of local, international delights and daily buffets. Indulge in the authentic flavour of the north buffet dinner with special highlights including Penang assam laksa, rendang daging tok, rojak and pasembur Penang and more. The “Taste from the North” buffet is priced at RM60.00+ per adult and RM33.00+ per child and is available on every Friday throughout the month of March from 6.30pm until 10.30pm. While on Saturday, satiate your taste buds with endless array of International BBQ Buffet with mixed grill prawns, squid, lamb chop, mussels, beef steak, corn on the cob, prawns with dill butter, clams with garlic and chilli, ikan bakar with air assam and more. The International BBQ Buffet Dinner is priced at RM70.00+ per adult and RM38.00+ per child. The buffet dinner is available on Saturday from 6.30pm until 10.30pm.

Apart from that, we have the Homemade Fettucine Con Salmon tossed in delicious paprika sauce and topped with slices of Norwegian Salmon. Priced at RM32.00+ per portion and available from 12.00noon until 10.00pm daily.

Don’t miss out the Peking Duck promotion as this wonderful dish is brought to you live by our Master Chef Wong at Chinese Restaurant. This Peking Duck Promotion is served for lunch at 11.30am to 2.30pm and dinner at 6.30pm to 10.30pm daily except Monday. The Peking Duck Promotion is priced at RM78.00+ per duck and is available in distinct flavours of choice such as Ginger with Onion, Pepper Sauce and more.

Besides indulging in the delectable dishes served at the restaurants, guests can also chill and unwind at the Palm Lounge and be entertained by the resident bands, Free Verse, a talented 4-piece band from Philippines. The band will keep you entertained all night long with their wide repertoire of singing the oldies to the latest Top 40’s hit music, R&B, Commercial Rock, Latin, Country from 8.00pm onwards daily except Monday.

Be sure to complete your night with selection of Martini Fiesta such as Strawberry Martini, Tropical Martini, Green Tea Martini and Blue Martini to choose from.  Price at RM15.00+ per glass. Looking for a snack? Palm Lounge will be serving you a variety of fresh produce lok-lok style in irresistible tomyum soup is sure to satisfy your snacks craving and lifts up your mood for the day! Priced at RM3.00+ per stick.
