FROM THE ISLAND OF THE GODS – A BALINESE FOOD PROMOTION AT PALM TERRACE COFFEEHOUSE, HOLIDAY VILLA SUBANG

Known as one of the most beautiful places in the world, Bali will not only captivate you with its beautiful nature and local traditions but also for its delicious cuisine that has become world famous. This quarter, you can experience Balinese delicacies specially prepared by Chef Azramrizal Ramli and his team at Holiday Villa Hotel & Suites Subang from 1st of April until 30th of June.

Discover the destination through its traditional cooking techniques and treat yourself to a delectable experience by enjoying these traditional delicacies such as: Kambing Guling, Sate Lilit, Pepes Ikan and Balinese favourite’s, Mepanggang with Sambal Matah. As per Chef Azram, “we want to display the opulence and an authentic flavor of Balinese cuisine by using authentic ingredients such Balinese paste, bumbu and spices”. Delicious desserts are also available such as: Black Rice Pudding, Fried Banana and other special traditional Balinese sweets.
