VALENTINE’S DAY SPECIAL AT CEDAR ON 15, IMPIANA KLCC HOTEL

Indulge in a romantic evening of bliss at Impiana KLCC Hotel. Create the most memorable night for you and your loved one. Enjoy private and exquisite fine dining at CEDAR ON 15 rooftop restaurant overlooking nice view of KLCC Twin Tower to stimulate your palates.

CEDAR ON 15 is serving up a sizzling romantic menu this Valentine’s Day. Executive Chef Helmut Lamberger has designed a delectable Valentine’s menu guaranteed to please the palates of all love struck couples! Experience and enjoy a sumptuous and unforgettable Valentine’s Day with these delectable ingredients in an indulgent setting, taking the time to absorb the sensuality of every texture, taste, and aroma.  Allow your mind to open to the magic of sharing Valentines Day with your loved ones.

The romance begins with a special selection of Amuse Bouche by the Chef itself to prepare the lovebirds for the meal and to offer a glimpse into the chef’s approach to the art of cuisine. Chocolate Cigar will be placed on the dining table for the gentlemen and a stalk of red roses for the lady upon arrival. Also, to compliment the lovebirds, mouth sweetener ‘Strawberry Frozen in Ice Cubes and ‘Love Potion#9’ cocktail to enjoy while waiting for dinner to be served.

Offering delectable choices of two main course on the special day, Carpaccio of Norwegian Salmon with low Temperature cooked Egg, Shiso Cress and Baby lettuce, Creamy Soup of Cauliflower with Scallop Spinach Tian, Sherbet of Beetroot and Apple served in a gold dusted Ice Bowl or Aurora Lamb Loin in Parsley Crust with Truffle Mashed Potato and Kataifi Vegetable, Strawberry Parfait with Rose flavored Macaroons and House cultured Passion fruit Yoghurt.
