The Bulgogi Brothers Special, the crowning glory of the special menu, on the other hand offers an assortment of Unyangsik and Gwangyangsik Bulgogi, a special combination of hand-pressed heart-shaped and thinly-sliced seasoned beef in the style of the Southern provinces.
