BurgerFest



Perfect for rugby fete!  The hotel’s BurgerFest features five innovative burgers including Trio mini-burgers set, Spicy sea bass fillet burger, ‘‘BLT’’ beef burger, Chicken steak burger, Portabella mushroom burger and the specially crafted giant Devil’s Beef Burger, which starts with 800g seasoned beef patties on the grill, placed on toasted giant sesame bun and topped with high quality of cheese and greens. Comes with fries, burgers are priced from HK$150* and available at The Lounge and in-room dining from 1 March to 30 April, 2014.

Burger Challenge!

In 3 – 9 March, 2014, if one person can finish everything in the Devil’s Beef Burger within 40 minutes and you can eat for free, valued at HK$666*!  If you are ready to take the challenge, please notify our dining ambassadors upon reservations or arrival. Terms and conditions apply.

Hokkaido Afternoon Tea Set



If you are craving for an elegant afternoon tea party, Hokkaido Afternoon Tea Set will be the not-to-miss favourite to satisfy every sweetness desire of you. Tea set features an array of delicate savories including creamy 3.6 panna cotta made by imported Hokkaido 3.6 milk, scented Tokachi Red bean glutinous dumpling and refreshing Green tea roulade made with Japanese Matcha powder. Served with fine teas and jams, the set is available daily from 3 to 6 p.m. from 1 March to 30 April, 2014, and priced at HK$148* for one person or HK$278* for two persons.

Café Renaissance 

Cantonese Theme Dinner Buffet



Inspired by the Cantonese cuisine with a contemporary touch, Café Renaissance presents a tempting series of authentic Cantonese specialties on top of the seafood buffet. Local favourites like Double boiled soup, Roast Baby Pigeon and Black sesame roll will definitely whet your appetite.

Simply indulge in the dinner buffet from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. nightly, priced at HK$468* per adult and HK$238* per child (aged 3-11) on Monday to Thursday; HK$488* per adult and HK$258* per child (aged 3-11) on Friday to Sunday. Cantonese Theme Dinner Buffet serves from 3 March to 27 April, 2014.



Easter Carnival Buffet at Café Renaissance



Get prepared for yourself and your loved ones in the Easter Carnival! We have lined up plenty of festive fun for the little ones, from chocolate fondue, popcorn to cotton candy to pamper their taste buds. Easter Brunch and dinner is available from 18 – 21 April, 2014. Brunch is available from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. priced at HK$268* per adult and HK$168* per child (age 3 – 11).  Dinner Buffet is served from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. priced at HK$488* per adult and HK$258* per child (age 3 – 11).
