KL gourmands can savour the ‘Celeb Chefs Present Dragon Chef’ set lunch and dinner menus of the very highest quality, alongside a la carte lunch and dinner options. To begin the culinary journey, enticing “Jiangnan” appetisers showcase Chef’s innovative presentation, followed by an array of refined dishes including Champignon mushroom, aged-wine chicken mousse consommé, West lake sweet and sour aged-vinegar, escalope of cod and soy cured eggplant, bamboo shoots with sakura shrimp flakes, to name a few. Grand Dragon signature dishes reveal delicate artistry at work with sautéed Long Jing tea river shrimps, duo style, while hairy crab meat and roe cooked in whole orange classic Hangzhou style highlights an innovative fusion of taste and texture.

Chef Kong Khai Meng, with over 20 years’ experience in Southeast Asia’s finest restaurants, is the creative force behind award-winning Grand Dragon Chinese Restaurant, Hangzhou alongside world-renowned celebrity chef Jereme Leung, a pioneer of contemporary Chinese cuisine. Asian MasterChef Jereme Leung is the creative powerhouse behind Modern Chinese Cuisines.
