USHER IN THE PROSPEROUS LUNAR NEW YEAR AT BERJAYA WATERFRONT HOTEL, JOHOR BAHRU

Celebrate the Lunar New Year with dazzling selection of dining offers meticulously crafted by the hotel’s talented culinary team that are all set to tempt. Amidst the conviviality and delight your loved ones with a hearty meal to welcome the Year of the Horse at Berjaya Waterfront Hotel, Johor Bahru.

Impress your business partners, colleagues and friends with a collection of unique Sau Gong set menus specially created by our Master Chef Wong featuring dishes including Seasonal Four Combinations, Four Treasure Soup with Dried Scallops, Baked Prawns with Goose Liver Sauce, Braised Black Mushrooms, Fish Maw, Pacific Clams with Broccoli, Fried Rice with Shrimps, Diced Yam and Pumpkin, Sweetened Yam Paste with Pumpkin Sauce and many more. Sau Gong set menus are priced from RM598.00+, RM688.00+ and RM868.00+ for a table of 10 persons. The promotion is available from 1 January to 30 January 2014 at Chinese Restaurant level, 5 for lunch at 11.30am to 2.30pm and dinner at 6.30pm to 10.30pm daily except Monday.

Celebrate in true oriental tradition with the all-important sumptuous Reunion and Chinese New Year meal which consist of a variety of dishes with flavours that are rooted in Chinese tradition while at the same time healthy and creatively presented.  Some of the flavourful dishes include Braised Dried Scallops with Crabmeat, Baked Cod Fish with Pineapple Juice, Pan-fired Prawns with Cheese & Garlic, Treasure Pen Cai, Traditional Roasted Duck with Chinese Angelica Root, Fried Rice with Chestnut and Yam, Braised Sea Cucumber with Black Mushrooms and Broccoli, to name a few.  As the dish usually cater to 10 persons, this year Chinese Restaurant is specially introducing a menu for small families from 4 to 6 persons priced at RM438.00+. Diners may also choose from propitious New Year menus that are available from RM698.00+ and RM898.00+ for 10 persons. Reunion and Chinese New Year set menus promotion will be available from 31 January to 14 February 2014 at Chinese Restaurant level, 5 for lunch at 11.30am to 2.30pm and dinner at 6.30pm to 10.30pm daily except Monday. To usher in great year ahead, don’t miss out the Lunar New Year’s most basic of traditions by tossing the Lou Sang priced at RM48.00+ for small and RM68.00+ for big.

Chinese New Year Reunion Buffet Dinner at Salt ‘n” Pepper Café Restaurant, level 5 is a great alternative for a cosy catch up session over the festive period with family. Chinese New treats such as Nyonya Crab Curry, Japanese Octopus Salad, Seafood Hor Fun and Hong Kong Style Steamed Barracuda Fish, to name a few will be available on 30 January 2014 from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.

On Chinese New Year Day, indulge with family and friends with a lip-smacking meal be it a festive Hi-Tea or Dinner buffet spread featuring all-time favourites as well as Lunar New Year special to welcome the Year of the Horse. This will be available on 30 January 2014 from 6.30pm to 10.30pm at the Salt ‘n” Pepper Café Restaurant, level 5.
