It’s gonna be a great start to 2014 with Tony Roma’s New Beginnings. For the first time in Tony Roma’s history, we have created 4 delicious lamb burgers- Summertime Burger, Nacho Burger, Kaboom Burger and Luau Burger and Grilled Focaccia Bruschetta.
Simply appetizing delights, we start of with the Grilled Focaccia Bruschetta (RM12.90) which brings us a delicious and refreshing taste. The roasted cherry tomatoes, leeks, green and red peppers together with the feta cheese and the balsamic vinaigrette dressing are served on top of the Focaccia bread leaving a tasty and light taste. It is perfect for sharing which is sinfully good.
Next we had the Summertime Burger (RM27.90). The grilled lamb burger patty which is lightly seasoned and it is then being topped with their homemade burger sauce melted with the creamy mozzarella cheese and caramelized onions. The cheese is pretty generous in portion leaving us with a heavy meal indeed.
Next the Nacho Burgers(RM27.90), where the grilled lamb burger patty is being topped with the crispy tortilla strip, melted shredded Cheddar Cheese as well as the breaded chili slices and a homemade roasted chipotle sauce. A Mexican twist of burgers is pretty nice bringing a us a light spicy burger which is something different to try off.
Luau Burger (RM27.90) is one of my favorites. The Hawaiian twist of the grilled lamb burger patty topped with the fresh pineapple and honey plum sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Sweet and savory taste of the grilled burger with the pineapple that topped above makes the overall taste savory too
Not to forget Tony Roma’s explosive Kaboom Burger (RM27.90) which brings us with the spicy bites, The grilled lamb burger is being topped with the spicy and sweet pineapple salsa together with the melted mozzarella cheese with it. The spiciness is indeed an umpph to me which is spicy enough to enjoy.
