LAUGH OUT LOUD WITH THE COMEDY CLUB AT HARD ROCK CAFE KUALA LUMPUR

January 21, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

The Comedy Club Kuala Lumpur is set to hit Hard Rock Cafe Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, 22 January 2014, with two internationally renowned stand-up comedians, Glenn Wool and Jonathan Atherton. Joining them will be Malaysia’s very own Rizal Van Geyzel.

Glen Wool began his comedy career in Canada since 1995 before he moved to London in 1998. He quickly became one of the rising stars in the international comedy circuit and has since performed in various countries including Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore, Dubai, Holland and Switzerland. He was recently nominated for the ‘Best International Stand Up Award’ at the New Zealand Comedy Awards and ‘Best Headliner Award’ at the Chortle Awards.

On the other hand, Jonathan Atherton, is known as one of Australia’s finest stand-up comedian. Living his life around the stage as an actor, television presenter, voice artist, screen writer and award winning photographer, he blends his comedy with specific local cultures of the countries he visits. He speaks a multitude of languages, and has been hailed as “Australia’s best export since Fosters Lager” by the London Metro in 2002.
