Chinese New Year Specialities at One Harbour Road

Famous for its traditional, home-style Cantonese cuisine, One Harbour Road captures the elegant ambiance of a high society, 1930’s-era Chinese mansion.  For the upcoming Year of the Horse, Executive Chinese Chef Li Shu Tim has prepared a special menu, featuring dishes with especially lucky and auspicious names.  Available at both lunch and dinner during the holiday season, highlights include:

– Salmon Sashimi Salad with Hamachi, Salmon Roe in Chinese New Year Style

– Steamed Fresh Garoupa with Gin Seng, Red Dates and Chrysanthemum

– Deep-fried Pork Belly with Tai O Shrimp Purée

The One Harbour Road Chinese New Year menu is available from 25 January to 10 February 2014. The 6-course set menu (priced at HK$1,088 +10% per person) is also available.

Best of the Best Menu 2013

Not to be missed is the Best of the Best Menu 2013 available now until 5 February 2014.  This exclusive menu features the restaurant’s most popular signature dishes and carefully crafted by the hotel’s chefs to showcase Grand Hyatt Hong Kong’s culinary philosophy of providing the most authentic dining experiences through the freshest seasonal ingredients and the most delectable local flavours. Best of the Best menu is priced at HK$1,080+10% per person.
