CELEBRATE CHINESE NEW YEAR WITH HULLET HOUSE, HONG KONG

春寓枝頭迎新春,駿馬奔騰慶豐年。農曆新年將至,位於尖沙咀著名文化及歷史地標「1881」古蹟酒店Hullett House,特別呈獻一系列的新春美食佳餚,在歲月更始之際讓賓客與親朋好友歡度佳節,迎接馬年的年臨。

著名粵菜餐廳隆濤院首次推出新春健康之選-亞麻籽綠茶棗皇糕(每盒港幣$168),亞麻籽含有豐富奧米加三脂肪酸,能保護心臟及有效降低膽固醇,配上口感清新的綠茶和香滑濃郁的棗蓉,咬起來有微微嚼勁,使人欲罷不能。此糕同時亦是考驗廚師的技巧及耐性的心思之作,需細心控制材料的多寡,確保以黃金比例蒸出煙韌富彈性的年糕。隆濤院亦預備了新年不可或缺的傳統椰汁年糕(每盒港幣$138)及粵式風味蘿蔔糕(每盒港幣$138),前者質感細緻軟滑,帶天然清甜的椰香,後者選用清甜蘿蔔、臘肉等精選配料制成,惹味十足。三款年糕均由隆濤院的廚藝團隊全人手製造,不添加防腐劑。

此外,為響應健康環保的飲食生活,酒店特意設計可循環再用的吉祥布袋以取代傳統的紙袋包裝,採用象徵富貴吉祥的牡丹花為題,其色彩豐富的設計相當搶眼,賞心悅目之餘,可用作購物袋或儲物點綴家居,更添幾分節日喜慶的色彩。賓客更可獲贈新春利是封一套,數量有限,送完即止。

新春香茶品茗

每逢大時大節,開懷大嚼固然少不了,除引致體重暴升之外,消化不良及腸胃不適的情況亦屢見不鮮。品茗消滯向來是中國人的飲食智慧,Hullett House因此特意挑選了三款上等茶葉,用作配搭新春應節佳餚,也是賀年送禮的選擇,既健康又有心思。

清新的「猴子摘」蘭花香鐵觀音(港幣$180/ 60克; 港幣$225/ 100克) 沖泡後,有天然馥郁的蘭花香,茶湯金黃,滋味醇厚甘鮮。其香氣高郁持久,茶湯經過喉嚨後,徐徐生津而有回甘,配上亞麻籽綠茶棗皇糕,頓覺滿口生香,回味甘甜。

另有「九里香」之稱的桂花配合烏龍茶調製而成的金桂花烏龍茶(港幣$85/ 60克; 港幣$110/ 100克) ,桂花的芬芳融入烏龍醇爽的茶味,花香烘托茶味,相得益彰。此茶性質溫和,而桂花有醒脾開胃之效,與傳統椰汁年糕一併享用, 齒頰生津,香而不膩,是另一層次的美食享受。

還有備受青睞的雲南珍藏普洱(港幣$110 /50克; 港幣$135/75克),其茶湯色濃厚,味道甘醇,能平衡口腔中的油膩感,清胃生津,健脾消滯,可降血脂、有助心臟和血管健康,與粵式風味蘿蔔糕是完美的配搭。
