CAFE ALLEGRO, REGAL KOWLOON HOTEL NEWLY PRESENTS “WAGYU BEEF & sEAFOOD FIESTA” DINNER BUFFET

January 7, 2014 By StrawberrY Gal - Food News Leave a Comment

Café Allegro of Regal Kowloon Hotel newly presents “Wagyu Beef & Seafood Fiesta” Dinner Buffet. Wagyu beef symbolizes “High Quality Beef” with ultimate tenderness and flavour. Our Executive Chef Ray Lam handpicks the fresh and succulent Australian Wagyu beef to prepare a variety of beef dishes with different cooking methods for your enjoyment.

Chef’s recommendations include Japanese Wagyu Beef Shabu Shabu served at cooking station. Wagyu beef and assorted vegetables with seasoned soup can warm up your body in winter. For Braised Wagyu Beef Oxtail in Red Wine Sauce, oxtail is cooked under low heat to absorb the essence of red wine sauce. The beef is soft and juicy that you shouldn’t miss. Deep-fried Wagyu Beef Short Rib with Curry Sauce is a delicious Chinese dish. Your taste buds will be excited by its strong flavour. Besides, Beef and Ginseng Jelly, Braised Wagyu Beef Oxtail in Curry Sauce, Stir-fried Wagyu Beef Cube with Garlic and Wagyu Beef Tartare are the must-try items that offer exceptional taste.

Other than the theme dishes, seafood and sumptuous selections like Chilled Seafood Mountain, Flamed Jumbo Scallop with Volcanic Salt Sushi, Sea Urchin Sushi as well as Pan-fried Foie Gras with Homemade Apple Compote on French Baguette are served to whet your appetite. To add on, more than 30 kinds of tempting desserts and unlimited serving of Dreyer’s ice cream are available to satisfy your sweet tooth. Furthermore, each patron is entitled to a complimentary half Baked Boston Lobster with Cheese with our compliments.
