The hotel’s Executive Chef Donald Pezar and Chef de Cuisine Jason Manson will be whipping up a buffet spread featuring an eclectic spread of traditional Christmas dishes. Must try is the Roasted Turkey with Cranberry Sauce and Giblet Gravy and watch chefs in action at the live action stations.
