REUNITE AND CELEBRATE THE YEAR OF HORSE AT SHERATON IMPERIAL KUALA LUMPUR HOTEL

Chinese New Year is an important traditional Chinese holiday and is an elaborate celebration in many parts of Asia. This Chinese New Year, come and celebrate the year of the Horse with us as Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur’s Celestial Court goes all out to feast your eyes, satisfy your senses and whet your appetite further with a variety of lip smacking delights.

Chinese New Year is the time when families and friends bond and get together, especially on the eve of Lunar New Year. Take advantage of our Chinese New Year room package inclusive of complimentary daily buffet breakfast for two persons and High-Speed Internet Access in the room. Besides that, enjoy a 4-course dinner inclusive of our signature Salmon Yee Sang (per stay) at Celestial Court. In this room package, you will also be receiving 50% Spa Voucher from Mandara Spa. Good news for our guests who were born in the year of the Horse, you can enjoy a complimentary 20-minute express massage at Mandara Spa. The Chinese New Year room package is valid from 1st January to 9th February 2014 for stays from 14th January to 15th February 2014. Rates start from RM399++ per room per night with a minimum of 2 nights stay.

In conjunction with the Year of the Horse, Executive Chinese Chef, Vincent Loo and Dim Sum Chef, Ken Liew have created specially-designed a la carte menus catered for this auspicious occasion. Enjoy and feast on dishes such as Braised Fish Maw with Sea Cucumber, Chinese Mushroom, Dried Oyster and Sea Moss, Simmered Cod with Enoki Mushroom and Chinese Herbs in Superior Broth, Traditional Roast Duck, Steamed Bamboo Pith stuffed with Roast Duck Meat, Mushroom, and Asparagus in Chicken Broth, Braised Ee-Fu Noodle with Sun Dried Scallop and Japanese Golden Mushroom and much more.

Alternatively, toss for prosperity, good health and luck with our delightful Yee Sang selections. Indulge in the Wealth set menu, priced at RM2,188 nett or the Fortune set menu, priced at RM2,388++ or the Happiness set menu, priced at RM2,588++. Look forward to dishes such as Yee Sang with a Combination of Japanese Maguro and Salmon with Traditional Plum Sauce, Braised Abalone Money Bag served with Vegetables and Dried Scallop Sauce, Double Boiled “Buddha Jumps Over the Wall”, Fresh Water Prawns cooked in 2 Styles accompanied with Scallop Yam Puff topped with Salmon Roe, Chilled Homemade Durian Pancake with Fresh Fruits and more. Each 9-course menu is quoted for a table of 10 persons and inclusive of a complimentary bottle of wine.

The Chinese New Year ala carte and set menus are available from 6th January to 14th February 2014. The a la carte dishes are priced from RM38++ onwards each. Meanwhile, each SPG member can enjoy 30% discount off total food bill at Celestial Court till 31 March 2014. What’s more, SPG members can enjoy 50% discount off total food bill for 2 diners; 33% for 3 diners; 25% for 4 diners; 20% for 5 diners and more.

Located on level three, Celestial Court is open for lunch from 12noon to 2.30pm, Mondays to Saturdays. On Sundays and Public Holidays, lunch is served from 10.30am to 2.30pm. Dinner is served from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, daily.

You can also choose from seven fun activities to be included in your event – Artistic calligraphy, traditional Chinese calligraphy, palm reading, tarot card reading, caricature, making of dough dolls and paper cutting.
