Tickle your taste buds with appetizers of Salmon Gravalax on Board, Herring Tomato Shooter, Smoked Chicken Breast with Pickle, Beef Pepperoni Platter, Smoked Tenggiri & Olives, Assorted Cold Cuts on Mini Cup, Homemade Lamb Herb Terrines Platter, Fresh Seafood on Ice Craving, New Zealand Mussel, Tabasco with Condiments. I love the turkey itself, well done and the turkey is full of moist with the juicy meat itself.

Apart from our specially flown in Seafood Platter On Ice comprising Fresh Oyster, Tiger Prawns, Crabs , Scallops and a host of other shellfish, the highlights of the evening include seasoned whole Roasted Tom Turkey with Chess Nut Stuffing Quarter Insert – Garden Green Vegetable & roasted New Potatoes.
