OCTOBER FEASTS AT GRAND HYATT KUALA LUMPUR

Egg-stravaganza

From 1 to 31 October 2013, enjoy a tasty breakfast selection in THIRTY8 with eggs as the star ingredient. Watch your meal being prepared at the egg station with savoury choices such as egg cocotte with hollandaise and asparagus or poached egg with toasted breadcrumbs topped with caramelised onions and crispy turkey. Priced at MYR68++ per person for breakfast buffet, available from 6.00 am to 10.30am on weekdays and 6.00am to 11.00am on weekends.

Going Organic

Food. Thoughtfully Sourced. Carefully Served. is a Hyatt philosophy that aims to provide healthy, sustainable and responsible food and beverage for guests and associates. THIRTY8 embraces this philosophy and is offering an organic vegetables menu, available for lunch and dinner from 23  October to 2 November 2013. The menu features organic vegetables including broccoli, cauliflower, radish, beetroot, cherry tomatoes, siew pak choy, Cameron’s mustard greens, pumpkin and much more, incorporated in to healthy dishes. To complement this special menu, THIRTY8 will offer Chardonnay and Malbec organic wines from the Santa Julia Organica range made from 100% organically grown grapes. Organic vegetables supply is subject to seasonal availability.

Nyonya Delights

Experience the taste of Peranakan cuisine as JP teres puts together a two-week Nyonya menu that is available from 14 to 27 October 2013 for lunch and dinner. Savour must try dishes like Acar Nyonya, sup udang pindang Nyonya, ikan merah asam pedas, daging buah keluak. Enhance these traditional favourites with condiments such as sambal belacan, belimbing buluh, cincaluk and sambal cincaluk Nyonya. The meal can be finished with a classic Nyonya sweet, bubur pulut  hitam dengan santan.

Beer by the tap

Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is also offering beer by the tap at THIRTY8 and JP teres during happy hours in October and November. Starting 1 October 2013, grab a pint of Asahi, Hoegarden or Erdinger beer at THIRTY8, and Tiger or Kilkenny beer at JP teres for only MYR18++ per pint. Beer by the tap is available at both outlets every day from 5.00pm until late.
