TEOCHEW PORRIDGE BUFFET AT BAYVIEW HOTEL MELAKA

Back by popular demand, the famous Teochew Porridge buffet at Bayview Hotel Melaka makes a comeback.

Promising round after round of sheer satisfaction, indulge in sumptuous Teochew Porridge complemented with a mouth-watering array of condiments. Priced at only RM12.90++ per adult and RM9.90++ per child, the elaborate fare is available for lunch from Wednesdays to Sundays beginning 31 August 2013.

What’s more? The Teochew Porridge Buffet also includes a variety of specialties like stir-fried chicken with honey and ginger, pan-fried egg with “Choy Poh”, braised Chinese spinach with century eggs, roasted duck, deepfried fish fillet “Thai style” and more (A different selection is featured daily).

Aside from the daily Teochew Porridge buffet, diners may also opt to indulge in Chef Sum’s specialty Szechuan and Cantonese cuisine from the a la carte menu.

The Southern Court Chinese Restaurant is open daily (except Mondays) for lunch from 12.00noon to 2.30pm and for dinner from 7.00pm to 10.30pm.  The restaurant seats 300 persons comfortably including 4 private rooms for discreet dining and special functions.   For reservations or enquiries, please call 06-2839888.
