TAKE OFF TO THE LAND OF SMILES! DINE AND STAND A CHANCE TO WIN A TRIP TO THAILAND

Craving for authentic Thai cuisine? Experience delectable Thai flavors as we take you on a culinary discovery of this authentic cuisine from our neighboring country. From 19 until 25 September, indulge in mouth-watering Thai dishes buffet style prepared by Chef Suraprot Rintara and Chef Sasima Sukluea from Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld. What’s more, diners are automatically qualified for a sweepstake to win a Grand Prize of a 3 days / 2 nights’ trip to Bangkok for 2 persons!

“We are delighted to host Chef Suraprat and Chef Sasima here at Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur as they will bring the real Thai dining experience to Eccucino, our all-day dining restaurant and display their professional culinary skills in preparing this cuisine. Thai cuisine is generally popular amongst many. We believe that diners will enjoy the food that we have to offer during this period,” said the hotel’s Executive Chef Donald Pezar.

Chef Suraprot Rintara, a Junior Sous Chef has 26 years’ of experience while Chef Sasima Sukluea, Chef de Partie brings with her over 30 years’ of experience in Thai cooking.  The buffet dinner will feature some of the chefs’ specialties such as Spicy Tiger Prawn and Lemongrass Salad (yum-goong-sai-ta-krai), Stir-fried Noodle with Shrimp and Egg Net (phad-that-goong-sod), Stir Fried Sea Bass with Black Pepper Sauce (pla-ka-pong-phad-prik-thai-dum), Stir-fried Chicken with Cashew Nut (goong-phad-med-ma-muang) and other favorites including Green Curry and Phad Thai (a stir-fried rice noodle dish accompanied with eggs and tofu).

This buffet promotion is available daily at Eccucino for dinner only from 19 until 25 September. It is priced at RM98++ per person and children below 12 years old dine complimentary with every paying adult.

“Take Off to the Land of Smiles” Thai promotion is held in conjunction with Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld and Z’Impaco Travel & Tours.

Eccucino is located on the ground floor or entrance of Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur.
