PLOY WINS TRIPADVISOR AWARD

August 10, 2013 By StrawberrY Gal - Food News Leave a Comment

PLOY, one of KL’s most eclectic and inventive Modern Asian casual dining restaurants has won the coveted TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2013.

The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is awarded only to establishments that have consistently achieved outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel website. Only the top-performing 10% of businesses featured on the website will receive this prestigious award.

To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, five being the highest possible rating, as reviewed by travelers for a minimum of 12 months.

“We are indeed honoured to be awarded this esteemed global accolade,” said Ms. Sally Wong, Chief Executive Officer of BE Group in which PLOY features under its food and beverage lifestyle segment. “It has always been PLOY’s raison d’etre to push the envelope by way of experimenting with Asian flavours to create gem-worthy, memorable dining experiences.

“We have certainly had a remarkable 2 year journey which has now been made more significant with this international recognition that is awarded based on customer reviews. TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence is a clear testament to our passion for exceptional food and service,” she added.

Alison Copus, TripAdvisor for Business Vice President of Marketing said, “TripAdvisor is delighted to celebrate the success of businesses around the globe, from Sydney to Chicago, Sao Paulo to Rome, which are consistently offering travelers great experiences.”

She added: ”The Certificate of Excellence award provides top performing establishments around the world the recognition they deserve, based on feedback from those who matter most – their customers.”

PLOY is located at [email protected], Changkat Semantan, Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur. For more information, log on to www.ploywithyourfood.com / www.facebook.com/ploywithyourfood.
