MALONES TO HOST THEIR VERY FIRST ‘SHAMROCK and ROLL’ PARTY

August 22, 2013 by StrawberrY Gal

This August, Malones Irish Restaurant and Bar will be hosting its very first ‘ShamRock and Roll’ Irish party for three nights straight beginning with the opening night party at its Sooka Sentral outlet on 30 August! This event, organised together with Guinness Anchor Bhd (GAB), will offer guests a true Irish experience with Irish music and culture, authentic Irish dishes and drinks, and merry making.

The ‘ShamRock and Roll’ party by Malones will offer its guest the opportunity to experience everything that is Irish without having to travel to Ireland. The event provides a good opportunity for customers who love to gather or to enjoy a fun and memorable night out with family and friends.

The highlight of the event will be the performance by the energetic, Celtic rock band – Johnsons Motorcar. They will be performing exclusively at Malones to help guests party and dance all night long. Guest will be able to tune in to a pure form of Irish music by the band, which interestingly hails from Tokyo, Japan but come from diverse cultural backgrounds. JMC in short, is made up of lead vocalist and violinist Martin Johnson who is a native of Florida, guitarist Blacko Muiri from Dublin, bassist Coleman Bayliss from Australia and petite lady drummer Rinamame, also known as ‘Beanie’ from Japan.

Guests will be entertained by the band’s rocking Irish tunes while they choose to sip on warm stouts or authentic cold Irish beers and savour some delicious authentic Irish dishes such as Irish beef stew, Irish fish cakes, mini burgers with Irish sausages, bread and butter pudding for dessert and many others. They will also be able to enjoy performances by Irish dancers and join in the fun and merriment as they take pleasure in a total Gaelic experience.

Malones will be having a month long special promotion on beers. Each participating Malones outlet will be giving away a limited edition ‘ShamRock and Roll’ T-shirt with every purchase of Guinness or Tiger beer during the promotion month.
