“IFTAR INDULGENCE” AT TEMPTATIONS RESTAURANT, RENAISSANCE KUALA LUMPUR HOTEL

July 17, 2013 by StrawberrY Gal

After a long day of fasting during the month of Ramadan (9 July to 7 August 2013), get together with family and friends at TEMPTations to tantalize the tastebuds with a variety local and Asian specialties including typical traditional dishes normally enjoyed during the buka puasa.

Priced at RM97++ per person and half price for children from 6 to 11 years old, the Iftar Buffet spread at TEMPTationS is inspired to please every palate. From the authentically local selection of “kerabu” and “sambal” to the various types of specially prepared rice including such as Nasi an array of “gulai”, and not forgetting the daily special of Roasted whole lamb.

All time buka puasa favourites include Gado-gado, Rojak buah, Pasembor, Pecal Jawa and the ever popular Lemang with its accompanying chicken meat floss, serunding!

Hot selection of local flavours to be discovered include Daging Palembang, Udang harimau masak lemak cili padi, Otak-otak kuah padang, Kampung style ikan bakar and accompanied by its hot and spicy sauces. Not only that, bbq items to be added to your palate is also available in the buffet spread as well. Dine with the delicious stir fried dishes with fresh seafood or you can go for some bbq fish as well in the buffet spread.

To further tease your palate, check out the ‘live kitchen’ dishing out à la minute stir-fry or juicy chicken and beef satays with its classic peanut sauce or the noodle station serving Laksa Johor, Laksa Penang, Laksa Kelantan or Nyonya Laksa.

More spread from the apom counter and get your apom from the live counter too.

If you love some desserts, ais kachang, Leng chi kang are also available to pamper sweet tooth people like me.

Petite of cakes and local kuih muih are also available in the buffet spread too. I just love the sweet little petite of cakes which is just superb and tasty. Oh ya, they served the delicious dodol which is freshly made too, Superb !!

Ended the meals with the choices of fruis and you can add on with the rojak sauce on to it.

The selection of drinks are also plentiful as well, from the sweet savory drink to tea and coffee is available at the spread.

Located in the East Wing – Lobby Level of the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel, TEMPTationS’ Iftar Buffet is available daily from 6.30pm to 10.30pm daily throughout the month of Ramadan.
