This year, the halal certified restaurant is going back to the very essence of “kampung” style cooking by incorporating classic Ramadan dishes as well as new signature dishes, created by the hotel’s Malay chef, Chef Noor Hisham.

“These dishes are inspired by the food I enjoyed growing up with and it gives me great pleasure to share these with our guests during Ramadan. Of course, there will be the all-time favorites which have always had people flocking back to Hilton Petaling Jaya without fail during Ramadan year after year,” says Chef Hisham, who will be preparing dishes inspired by his home town of Perak.

Guests can begin the “Buka Puasa” experience by indulging in the new signature dishes including Sup Gearbox, Mee Rebus Tulang, Lamb Shank Beriani, Udang Goreng Daun Kari and Ikan Patin Bakar Tempoyak.
