“JOM BUKA PUASA” AT CHECKERS CAFÉ, DORSETT REGENCY KL

“Buka Puasa” is a very special occasion for Muslims, where they will get together with family and friends to break fast during the holy month of Ramadan. This Ramadan, break fast in style with us at Checkers Café, where you will be treated by our very own Master Chefs.

Checkers Café at Dorsett Regency Kuala Lumpur’s Ramadan promotion with the theme “Jom Berbuka Puasa bersama Master Chef Dorsett” offers diners a sumptuous buffet of traditional Malay cuisine specially prepared by Chef Badrol Hisham Shaari, Chef Faizal, Chef Suliman, Chef Badrul Hisham Ali and Chef Shikin, popularly known as Mak Ikin.

Their famous dishes includes Pasumbur Padang Kota, Kerabu Perut Bersantan, Percik Burung Puyuh & Ayam Dara, Nasu Kerabu Bunga Talang, Gulai Ikan Talang Masin dengan Terung, Udang Goreng Bersambal, Lidah Goreng Cili Padi, Hati Goreng Sambal, Rendang Kuala Kangsar and many more. One must not forget to try our famous Sup Rusa Dorsett Regency and Whole Roasted Lamb or popularly known as Kambing Panggang “KUZI” Style.

Not only the famous Malaysian Ramadan delights is being served, do try their sushi and sashimis which is being offered at the buffet spread as well

– Satay-

Being a satay lovers, here they do served satay, stir fried seafoods as well as the grilled lamb which is not to be missed during the Ramadan buffet too. There are also chicken rice, chicken char siew and more available at their “Live Stall” counters.

Diners will be spoilt for choice in their dessert corner with assorted Malay and Nyonya Kuih, Goreng Pisang, Cempedak, Labu Goreng Bermadu, ice kacang and cendol, a variety of ice-cream, home-made cookies, just to name a few. Beverages include Sirap Bandung, Sirap Selasih, Sugar Cane, Black Jelly, Teh Tarik and Coffee.

You can end your meals with the lovely freshly cutted fruits and ice creams in the Ramadan delights after the heavy meals.

The Berbuka Puasa promotion runs throughout Ramadan from 10 July until 10 August 2013, is priced at RM80.00++ per person. Early bird vouchers are on sale at RM65.00nett per person until end of June 2013. So be sure to purchase early bird vouchers and make an early reservation to avoid disappointments.
